Laki
₱299 once · works with no internet

Sell in seconds. Know who owes you. Close the day with confidence.

Laki is a point-of-sale app for small businesses — sari-sari stores, salons, repair shops, resellers. No internet needed, no account required, and your records stay on your own phone.

Coming soon to Google Play. Testing now — testers keep it free for life.

Laki is listed on App Builders PH, a community of Filipino app builders. A vote there helps other shop owners find it.

The Sell screen: a grid of products with prices and stock counts, and a cash-drawer bar at the top.
Your business, your data. Laki needs no account and no server. Nothing you type leaves your phone unless you choose to export it. That means it keeps working when the signal drops, when load-shedding hits, and when the data runs out.

What you get

Everything a small shop actually needs

Built around the way small businesses really run — including the parts most apps ignore, like credit and e-wallet floats.

🛒

Fast selling

Tap to sell. Cash, e-wallet, bank transfer, card, deposit, or on credit. Quantities, discounts and open-price items included.

🤝

Credit you can trust

Track who owes what and record payments. Overpaid? It becomes credit you can spend on their next bill — never lost.

💵

A drawer that reconciles

Time in with your starting cash, sell all day, then count. Laki tells you what should be there, and flags over or short.

📲

E-wallet floats

Run cash-in and cash-out for customers. Your float and your drawer are tracked as two separate pots — because they are.

📦

Stock & suppliers

Low-stock warnings you can act on, purchase orders, and receiving — with or without raising an order first.

🧾

Receipts worth sending

Branded receipts and quotes as image or PDF, with your logo, your payment details and your QR.

↩️

Mistakes are fixable

Void a sale, undo a payment, reverse a float move. Corrections leave a trail instead of quietly rewriting history.

📥

Bring your list in

Import your whole catalogue from a spreadsheet. You see exactly what will change before anything is saved.

🇵🇭

English or Filipino

Switch language any time. Payment methods are yours to configure, wherever you sell.

  • Restore onto a new phone
  • Sync across devices
  • Staff accounts for your team
  • Web dashboard
  • Not needed to use the app
  • Cancel any time — the app keeps working

Questions

Straight answers

Do I need internet to use it?

No. Laki is built to work offline all day — selling, credit, stock and reports all run on your phone with no connection. A dropped signal or an empty data balance changes nothing. Signing in is only for optional cloud backup, and you never have to.

Where is my data kept? Can you see it?

On your phone, in the app's own storage. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you turn on cloud backup, which is opt-in and off by default. If you do turn it on, your data is encrypted on your phone before it leaves, so what we hold is something we can't read. The privacy policy spells out exactly what that covers.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Whatever you last exported is what you keep, so back up regularly: Profile → Backup & restore makes an encrypted file you can save to Drive, Files, or anywhere you like. If you lose the phone and have no backup, the data is gone — we don't hold a copy. Optional cloud backup will make this automatic later.

Can I track utang (credit)?

Yes, that's a core part of it. Record a sale as credit, see each person's running balance, take payments in cash or e-money, and send a reminder. If someone overpays, the extra is held as their credit and you can apply it to their next bill.

Does it handle GCash and Maya cash-in / cash-out?

Yes. Set up a float for each e-wallet, then record cash-in and cash-out with your own fee table. Laki keeps your drawer cash and your float balance separate, so both stay correct.

I'm not in the Philippines. Is it useful?

Yes. Payment methods are yours to configure — start from cash, credit, transfer, card and deposit, then add whatever wallets you use locally. Currency, tax label and tax rate are all yours to set.

I already have my products in a spreadsheet.

Import it. Download the sample file, match the columns, and Laki shows you exactly what will be added and what will be updated — plus any rows with problems and why — before saving anything. Re-importing never overwrites a stock count you've already counted.

What if I make a mistake?

Void a sale and the stock, credit and float all unwind together. Undo a mistyped payment or float top-up. Corrections are recorded as reversals, so your history stays honest rather than being silently rewritten.

Is this an accounting or tax filing app?

No. Laki keeps an accurate record of your sales, credit and cash so you can run your shop and hand clean numbers to whoever does your books. It doesn't file anything for you.

Built for shops that can't afford to guess.

Laki is nearly ready. Right now I'm looking for a small group of shop owners to use it for real — testers keep the app free for life, with nothing to redeem.
